How is this for timing.

While all the Matchbox nerds are in Albuquerque celebrating the Matchbox Gathering, Matchbox drops the J case with the hobby dealers.

Wheel Collectors just got their shipment of the Matchbox 2016 J Case and as always, sent over a Case Report.  You can find all the models listed at their store:

Case Report: Opening a 2016 Hot Wheels International N Case...

Hot Wheels 2016 Batch N at Wheel Collectors

Can you feel it?

With the release of Batch N, we are now only 17 batches away from 2018!  But first things first - we are only 2 batches away from 2017.  New models, new obsessions on Supers are coming, and on and on.  It never stops does it?

But let's stick with Batch N, because this is a good one.  Wheel Collectors got their shipment of Batch N in today, and as always, grabbed a random case and opened it 3-by-3, photographing its contents as they went long.  And yes, all the models are now listed at their store:

There are several reason I am excited about this batch.  See if you can figure out which models.  Hint - they are most likely the models you are most excited about...

Enjoy...

Hot Wheels Euro Style cases at A&J Toys

This set won't carry the luster of the Japan Historics, but it is nice nonetheless.  To me the highlights are the BMW Police, Porsche 993, and surprisingly the Fiat.  The other Porsche and the new model of the group, the Golf, leave a little to be desired with their lack of headlights.  It might speak to the beauty of the Japan Historics that the set following them, as good as it looks, seems a little drab in comparison.  On its own, though, it is a fantastic set.

And now it is out in the US.  Our friends in Canada and elsewhere might react to this with a collective yawn, but at least the US finally has them...
